New Age Trading AI: automating the mentor so the mentor can focus on what matters

New Age Trading is a trading and investing education company with over 40,000 members and more than $2.7M in revenue on Whop. PBInvesting is the lead mentor - a full curriculum, a defined strategy, and a community that trusts his edge. The content was strong. The infrastructure around it was not keeping up.
At 40,000 members, the support burden becomes structural. New members feel overwhelmed by a deep course library and lean on mentors and community managers to orient them. Experienced members need real-time data during market hours but have to pause and dig through hours of video to find the relevant framework. Every one of those touch points costs PB or his team time - time that should go toward teaching, not handholding.
The problem was not the content. It was access to it.
PB had built a real curriculum - hours of recorded strategy sessions, course modules, setup breakdowns, and market analysis. The knowledge was there. The gap was that members could not get to the right part of it in the moment they needed it. A new trader staring at a pre-market chart should not have to scrub through three videos to find the EMA framework PB covered in week two.
We trained a custom AI on that full body of content. Video transcripts, course materials, strategy documents - ingested, indexed, and made queryable in natural language. The AI does not summarize generic trading knowledge. It answers questions the way PB answers questions, grounded in his specific framework and the exact course material members have paid for.
Every question the AI answers is a question PB or his team no longer has to.
The platform replaced the manual handhold.
We built newagetradingai.com as a members-only co-pilot that handles the questions mentors and managers used to field manually. The pre-market brief hotkey is the clearest expression of this: hit it before the open and the AI generates the exact data checklist PB teaches - premarket highs and lows, EMA levels, index and ETF movement, scheduled economic news, recent and upcoming earnings calls - pulled automatically from live market data and news APIs.
That brief used to require a member to either know where to look or ask someone. Now it is one keystroke. The same logic applies to trade reviews, ticker lookbacks, and strategy backtesting - all workflows that previously required human guidance are now automated and available on-demand inside the platform.
The upsell became automatic too.
Moving Starter members to Master tiers had always required a manual, low-leverage touch - a DM, a community post, a follow-up. The cost per acquisition was high because the path was indirect. We solved this by building the upsell directly into how the AI answers questions.
When a member asks about a concept covered in depth in a higher-tier course, the AI gives a complete answer grounded in PB's strategy, then surfaces a direct quote from the relevant material with a precise pointer: the course name, the video number, the timestamp. It is not a pop-up or a pitch. It is the AI doing what a good mentor would do - pointing the member toward the next thing they need to know, and telling them exactly where to find it.
The upsell that converts is the one that feels like the natural next step, not an interruption.
Launch week validated the whole system.
New Age Trading launched the platform in a structured bootcamp week. Existing members engaged with the AI, followed its course pointers, and upgraded. The campaign added six figures in revenue in that single week - driven entirely by members already in the ecosystem moving to higher-tier programs.
The longer-term value is structural. PB and his team spend less time in reactive support and more time on the work that only they can do. Members get a faster path to applying what they have learned. And the platform gets more useful over time as the content library behind it grows.
